support for eddie Maurice's self defense case Please read...

I am sick and tired of crappy laws made and used against the law abiding part of the population.
I am sick and tired of criminals knowing and using the facts that our Governments and police cannot and will not timely protect us.
I am sick and tired of petty politicians blindly pushing a party agenda that does not tackle root causes of criminality and worse, accept to punish and destroy lives of victims.

How is one suppose to fight fires when owning and using extinguishers is controlled by the Government?
How is one's dwelling protected from arson when firemen are at least 30 minutes away?
How can a good man be brought to justice for hosing down a pyromaniac initiating a new arson?

Eddie,
We are all in this together.
EMT sent.
Don't thank me. Just keep your chin up and stand tall. Hug your wife and kids.

while i agree with defending ones property, and would hate to be in the shoes of the accused. i really hope this brings light to the rural crime issue in Alberta and landowners can get some more rights. even if we have to do "training" once a year. its getting ridiculous.

almost as ridiculous as seeing thieves from a distance and thinking they are carrying a .308. must be some keen eye site to figure on the caliber of rifle.

Some here have expressed a reluctance or an uneasiness concerning the application (or the threat) of deadly force to protect one's property. The bottom line seems to be that the criminals have no such reservations WRT the use of deadly force to rob you...

The bigger issue I would think here is what is motivating the theves? Is this a symptom of a drug problem or just people looking for easy money?

Sgt Ryan Howrish of the Cold Lake RCMP says that it's a drug problem. He also says that the criminals don't belong in jail. This doesn't exactly inspire confidence reference the RCMP or the courts dealing with the issue...

http://www.coldlakesun.com/2017/12/05/rcmp-drug-addiction-root-cause-of-property-theft

“We have meth dealers,” said Howrish. “And now we have meth users. . . and the property crimes that come with it.”

Howrish and his counterpart in Bonnyville Sgt. Sarah Parke said only a small handful of people are committing most of the Lakeland’s property crimes.

“We have a homeless person in Cold Lake that has a huge meth addiction problem,” Howrish said. “He’s committing crimes. He’s stealing. He’s committing B&Es out of necessity. He could commit 20 crimes trying to raise money to support his habit before we catch up to him.”

"Howrish said those arrested for property crimes don’t belong in jail and so the man is released, and his pattern of theft starts over."

perhaps the lowlife had a m14/m305.......doesn't take much of a keen eye to determine that 308......besides that isn't the issue here

The issue is to ignore the main stream media's "bullfeces" speculative facts .....and leave it for the courts to decide the "real" facts of the case....which we will not hear about till or after the trial.....

For now.........We simply must show our support for the Maurice family all we can :)

Wrong: Boushie had (actually, someone else in the car had) a .22 barrel. The other half (butstock and receiver) of the rifle was on another property, allegedly it broke because they used it as a tool to try and break into another car (and failed). Stanley's legal defense wasn't even that he was defending himself, his family or his property; his defense was that Boushie's death was the result of an accidental discharge (a hangfire). Stanley testified that he didn't know there was a (part of a) firearm in the car, that no one in the car was threatening or made any threatening gesture.

Mr. Stanley's lawyer said said Mr. Boushie's shooting was not justified and not an act of self-defence, but the result of trying to fire a warning shot in terrible circumstances. He said it was a hangfire – an unexpected delay between the pulling of the trigger and the firing of the round – that killed Mr. Boushie.

"Sheldon Stanley said a few minutes after the third shot was fired, Wuttunee and Jackson opened the driver's side door and Boushie tumbled out, a .22-calibre rifle (missing the stock) lying between his legs."

I'm not implying that Boushie was shot in self defense. Stanley was acquitted of murder because Boushie was killed by an accidental hang-fire. I'm questioning why someone would drive into a stranger's yard seeking help for a flat tire with a loaded rifle...

Or perhaps it could've just been a pellet gun. Maybe it just looks like a .308 when someone's pointing it at you...

Shot was fired by homeowner during reported break and enter near Spiritwood: RCMP

"No charges had been laid against the three as of noon Wednesday, and no charges would be laid against the homeowner in relation to the fired gun, police said."

https://saskatoon.ctvnews.ca/shot-w...reak-and-enter-near-spiritwood-rcmp-1.3843018

This report just in reference another theft in Saskatchewan. It sounds like the police are going to give the homeowner a break this time.

UPDATE: http://nationalpost.com/pmn/news-pm...un-during-break-and-enter-wont-be-chargedrcmp

"The suspect, Ronald Joseph of the Big River First Nation, faces weapons, theft, break and enter, and other charges."

And it also seems like the perp might have been armed too...

Let's also keep in mind 06 April. That's the start date for the Maurice trial.

I've been watching the defense fund slowly build. I've noticed at least two people who have donated $1000.00 dollars. It's really encouraging to see that kind of support. I'm waiting for the leftist MSM reaction to the fund. I'm sure that they're currently willfully ignorant of it but they will likely comment on it at some point. I'm thinking that they're afraid to give it any attention in case that it might draw in more supporters...

This 1000X over. Everyday CBC spewed anti-white racism and stories of white privilege in the Gerald Stanley shooting of an armed Native robber. No that its a white guy, its "gun violence" I ask honestly to any CBC employee on this forum: is it a business rule to never blame the criminal?

At least no one gets to play the 'race card' this time. Maurice would have already been crucified in the media if the thief he shot had not been white...

So, the shooter gets to have a full investigation although he admits to the shooting before he gets a fair trial, while the alleged thief doesn't even get the benefit of the doubt before getting shot.

That's summary execution. Plain and simple.

My mama would always say to me; "Autolite, if you don't wants to be shot in the arm or the back of the head, don't be going around to strangers' homes trying to rob them". So far it's what's been working for me! It doesn't get much plainer or simpler than that...

Since there was a rally without incident, I can assume that we are dealing with member of no nation in Canada other than the majority evil settler nation variety of crooks?

The 'FundRazr' fund continues to grow but it's at a snail's pace. Only 337 contributes so far after 11 days. Considering the number of people affected by rural crime, I would have thought that those numbers would have at least more than doubled by now.

Are my expectations too high? Is there anything else that we should or could be doing to get more contributions???

Don't forget that the fundrazr is in addition to emt's and other forms of donations. I would expect the total to be closer to double this amount (idk..just guessing)

I would love to know the real total so far, and also to get a better idea of what this family's funding needs are likely to be.

Yeah, I'm aware of at least two funds. I would like to know what the totals are too! I'm guessing that Maurice's lawyer must be pretty 'high-end'...
