Suppressed rifle that looks good

I’ve seen a few brands that are now making suppressed rifle barrel rifles( hope that make sense?!?)
I don’t know any details about them, but they look better than when a can is added to the end of a barrel and also doesn’t add length to it.

This has been a thing for a long time. AICS has been making similar stuff for more than 20 years. Integrally suppressed rimfire barrels have been available in the US since the 1980's.

That is great but must not be really popular cause I can’t find anything about it, AICS suppressed barrels and nothing comes up. Anyway like is said i saw a few brands that makes that and never said it was new!

Steyr makes the Breeze models with either CL2 or SM12 system. Looks like a beautifully made integrally suppressed rifle. A man can dream can’t he?

Integral suppressors do look really good, but normally they add a bit of length because the can extends out past the muzzle several inches at least and they are typically less effective than muzzle cans, with a significant first round pop problem.

The pop bottle trick does work to knock down the bang though.

AI AWS - can only be used with subsonic ammo.

I've actually played with one of these. Sadly didn't get to shoot it though. The outer tube is aluminum and I believe the baffles are also aluminum, hence why it is limited to subsonics.
