Suppressor sights holster

This might work , it is a Uncle Micks with a 1911 with standard novak sights 5 in.
It is simple , 30.oo or so , and about 5/16" of clearence. If it was a hit tight, a heat gun will adjust these.

Now that I look at your picture again, I forgot about the rail, so that one would not work, unless you wanted to to remake it. Try amazon.ca, I hate to suggest that.
 
Not the same pistol but I recently had the same issue, I added a red dot and suppressor height sights to my pistol and it would not fit my holsters properly after because the front sight was a little to high.

I looked at a few options, but in the end I just bought true co witness height sights, that were slightly taller then an standard set but not as tall as a suppressor height set. And that worked out perfectly for me
 
Just change out the sights.

It's not like suppressor height sights are providing any advantage. They arguably don't even provide any advantage even when used with a suppressor.
