I have one in my goose gun.
Winchester SX2, camo dipped in Natgear, Wadwizard supreme choke, and surecycle recoil system.
Its nice becuase the original spring lost it strength and got pretty rusting after a few years. Salt water also plays havoc on everything.
But it comes with a light and heavy spring. The heavy spring is fine for probably any 1 1/4 ounce loads and up but anything under that it doesnt cycle them 100% in my gun. I just keep the light spring in now, cycles trap, duck loads, and goose loads no problem.
I'd highly recommend it if you're having any problems or want the want a stainless steel part that requires less maintance. I did have to modify my bolt a bit with a grinder but it was fine.
