SureFire High-Capacity Magazines, available in either 60-round or 100-round

First off we need a conservative majority, then get rid of this stupid 5 round law.
You're dreaming in technicolor if you think either of those things are going to happen.

I've little doubt that a Conservtive majoity is only a couple of elections away; however, we should forget about any substantial changes to the Firearms Act, like ATTs linked to your PAL or getting SAPs back so we can shoot our 12(x) rifles again, mag limits getting scrapped or even the RCMP "techs" being put back in their place.
A conservative majority would probably mean that the "long gun" registry gets scrapped, and that's going to be about the extent of the 'bones' the the firearms community gets thrown.

I was onto top of this Back in January.
Surprised it took this long to make it too this forum.

You will never see any on a shelf. These were made to specifically for Million Dollar Government contracts.
They are not gonna ship 10 to a store when they have an order of 10,000 or 50,0000 to do.
They list for over $120 a pop, so if someone does snag a few. They will show up on gunbroker for $300 or so.

Disagree. It will take some time, but trust me, when they come to the civillian market, they are going to be shipping a LOT more then 10 to any given store. These things will sell like hotcakes in any state where mag neutering is not required. This is the cheap and reliable alternative to a drum magazine, while changing virtually nothing in the dimensions of the gun.

Alright...never was the wrong word. The only people that will get some are those that know someone....friends of friends, etc. No one will ever walk into a store with-in the next 2 years and see some hanging on a shelf
They will intentionally make the product scarce. What better marketing than have everyone going crazy for your product because it is hard to get.

Kind of like creating a false Obama scare.

Oh they will, will they? How is it that you are privy to SureFire's marketing strategy for this product? Or are you merely jumping to a completely unsubstantiated conclusion because it happens to fit with your increasingly negative view of the world? ;)
