SureShot .22Cal!!

OK so i was at the Chilliwack HACS show this weekend on a mission to find 2 decent .22s one for my wife and one for myself to do a little plinking this spring!

My wife Ended up buying a Nice little Cooey 600 with a diffrent stock on its its a nice Blonde stock she likes it cause its diffrent!

I ended up picking up a "Sureshot Repeater" no seriral and only marked .22cal
I understand that this was Cooey Made Rifle for Sears but this is about all i know about it!

I was wondering if anyone can give me some more info as to how to find out Age or any other info on it that would be great!

Sure shot is model of Cooey ( if it is a repeater model 60, or model 55 single) sold by Simpson-Sears under their brand name. it should almost be identical to the 600 that you also bought. Made in the late 50s til 70s. Early on they did not have to serial number the guns thus making the age guess very hard to do.Great gun and almost indestructible. They sell on here for $75-$125, depending on condition.

Yeah no i am so far happy with what i got cant get out to shot it until saturday but took it down and Cleaned and Oiled them both up nice and good!
