Surplus 7.62x39 - Russia vs. China vs. Czech vs. Yugo vs. what have you

So for Czech x39, its:

1120 ON strippers
1200 WITH strippers
1520 NO strippers

???
(and I can confirm the 1st and 3rd versions!)

Sorry for the thread-jack, BeaverMeat!

That's correct, Tootall. I've not seen or heard of Czech 7.62x39 packaged any other way.

FWIW, the 1200 cases are packed 30 wrapped strippers to a 300 round bag x 4, if they haven't been individually re-labelled. No galvanized tin can in the 1200 cases.

Shot Russian ,Czech, Chinese, all worked fine have some of each still around no real preference. Surplus ammo I buy it when I find it price is what makes my decision.

After buy a 1440 case of Chinese surplus
The Czech stuff is like gold to me, whenever I find
A package under one of my truck seats I get really excited
I have had about 5 misfires with the chinese stuff out of about
600 rounds, so that's not bad. It has problems feeding in my 858
I chipped my bolt when it jammed. I recommend the Czech surplus

I have gone through cases of the Czech stuff. I have also taken apart a lot of the different brands and I have been quite surprised at how nicely the Czech stuff seems to have been made. MFS looks good too.
