I am reading up on this permit and found this.

Peace officers, sheriffs, corrections officers and conservation officers.
Those employed by the government if wearing body armour is required or allowed in the course of the person's employment.
Security guards registered as a gaming worker under the Gaming Control Act.
Individuals who possess a valid firearms licence issued under the Firearms Act (Canada).

Well, I am willing to pitch some money toward someone shooting one of these to test it's function.

13" width, 14" height seems to be the smallest I've seen so far, some are abit wider, some with wings. Again, I don't sort them, I fill orders as I find them in the box. I will try to fulfill requests but no guarantees.

I have one of those really thick short man necks, like 16.5 inches, will this matter? I also have a really big chest but I'm 5'8

Just a quick heads up. I've shipped a few dozen vests. Unfortunately my case count was off and I didn't get as many as I expected. The rest of the 100 sets are coming in 3-7 days...depends on freight company....and I'll ship them once they arrive.
