Surplus Garands from South Korea westrifle.com

Why take the chance of getting a decay rifle, when you can buy a as new JRA Garand, for more, but no bad surprises... JP.

One bad one, mines are gorgeous and great shooters, always a bad apple, pretty sure Gary or Clay would just changed it, no questions asked... In my book that is... JP.

Actually two. It appears earlier versions were nicer. Parts are drying up, or they were. Don't forget the Danish parts kits that went to the US. These Koreans could be bought up, strip and everything but the receiver sent home down south. Don't kid yourself that an importer hadn't already thought of this.

Where do you think the recent batch of beretta and breda stripped receivers most likely came from?

I'll grab a Korea. For the right price. Just for the history of the gun. Would prefer a decent shooter. Doesn't have to look pretty but I'm not spending a premium on it though either.

cause they are like 2k and i dont have 2k laying around haha i wouldn't mind a cheap m1 garand even if its a project rifle, i love working on rifle, that reminds me i need to find a project for this winter haha

Like most said 200-250 $ for a junker, 350-500 $ for a sbooter... 500-700 $ for good-very good condotion.

hmm well if you throw in a deactivated AK74, a mosin, a glock and a couple of bulk 22LR boxes......i'd pay $1187.

obvious sarcarsm, however any new import is a good import, keep em coming Sergey!

I'd go anywhere from $400 to $700 depending on the quality. If we're talking pre-order sight unseen I'd probably go 400-500.

I'm hoping for some decent quality Garands to come in, but lets not start more pre order madness. Get em, sort em, sell em. I'd buy one or two for sure.

To anyone saying they hope the Korean Garands don't make it here, don't be so flipping greedy. Obviously you care nothing for other people who might want to own one without paying a rediculous premium for a well used rifle on the EE.

I'd go 200-400 hundred so that I could play band of brothers in my pjs. I would not actually shoot it so condition does not matter. Just a junker to fondle

Thats just not how we play this game JP. Its like throwing little tidbits of raw meat in with a pack of hungry dogs and we fight over it until someone throws the next piece of meat. We like it :)

Difference is when its from Westrifle, its usually the nicer cut of meat ;)
