You bet..I'd take a used G17 (priced at C$500.) over a 92S or a new Taras or a new Tokarov (priced at C300.) any day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

Thanks for the review.
I purchased one also, hope to get it before the summer. lol
Shouldn't say that, Canpar might be faster than C-Post!
Just received mine earlier in the week.
Very good condition as advertised.
Might go to the outdoor range and try it out.
Awesome job with Epps and Canpar.
Nice find. Can't go wrong with a Gen 3 Glock. As a sidenote: they most likely were never in swiss service, as to my knowledge all swiss issue police pistols are marked by the agency that buys them.
A shipload of dutch and norwegian (I think) MP5's ended up in Switzerland. At least one good point of the new law: we can now get converted FA's again. But unfortunately we didn't get any of the Glock's.
I have to agree... the EE has great deals on Glocks. The market is so saturated with them that they dont draw a premium.
Surprised you like a S&W to a Q5 Match though!?... to each their own.
checked Epps' web site, they sold a lot of these guns.
but as others said already, that's not such a great deal:
for a well used Gen 2 or 3
- $499.00
- $20.00 shipping
- = $519.00
- + 13% tax
- = $586.47 Total
When I checked the EE you can get from $550 - $750 (for Gen 2 to Brand new Gen 5)
Not a Glock 17, but another "plastic gun", a S&W MP40 range kit I received from a member here in new condition with all the accessories, box, holster, 3 mags, mag pouch, grip inserts and papers
For $425 shipped.
I owned a Glock 17, then a HK p 8, then a Walther PPQ 5 Match, but so far the S&W feels best.
Didn't shoot it yet, will see how it does.
