Surplus Sig P-210's

The P210 is an amazing handgun. Diopter found a trophy I won that was put up by the Montreal Swiss club almost 30 yrs ago. I am not a bad pistol shooter, but with an ordinary club rack-grade gun, I could not throw a shot out of the 10-ring. Uncanny!

Yeah, me and a buddy were aiming for staples that paper plates were attached to at the range to make the plates fall... pretty precise :)

Here's my contribution to this P210 thread:

Starting with a beautifully preserved with actual soldier's named/unit holster, 1971 Swiss Army P49 aka civilian/commercial P210-2:

Followed by a scarce highly polished P210-1 manufactured in 1978, year of the 125th anniversary of the Neuhausen am Rheinfall Sig factory with both 7.65mm Para & 9mm Para barrel assembly.

And finally a target version P210-6 in 9mm Para manufactured in Jan. 1982 with the rare contrast fixed target sight option as nearly all target versions dash 5 and 6 had the rear adjustable sight. This is one of the last P210 to be milled from forgings before the progressive switch to the CNC machined milled from bar stock frames in late 1982/early 1983.
