All the items are made in the USA and feature ACU digital camouflage. To ensure you're getting genuine U.S. government-issued items, look for the National Stock Number (NSN) on each piece.

Mine had a musty “storage” Odor. Didn’t last the day after unpacking. Not like the old days of “Surplus” buys that reeked for years afterwards bought from a store with no windows, half of the lights were missing and the guy behind the counter wore leather had tats and nothing but lies for stories.

I was one of the bunch. Received mine on Aug. 19. Everything works, overall conditions are good. I got 2 pouches and 1 canteen that look new, 1 grenade pouch that's really soiled and deteriorated, and everything else is in between. No foul smell. Shoulder and waist straps and pads are understandably dirtier, especially on the ruck(caked in dirt and sweat).

Sizing is adjustable on the FLC and packs, one size fits most. Look it up on Youtube.

2 real negatives: 1. It was missing the MOLLE II Bandoleer for M4 mags, one of the more useful accessories IMO; and 2. the rucksack shoulder strap has a tear in the seam, about 1.5-2 inches, and another spot right below it is also coming apart. I can see one other spot that was previously repaired/stitched, but they missed this side. (From the product description: "All components are fully functional. Used components may have name or other markings, but there are no rips or tears and no broken buckles or zippers.")

Now I don't blame CSC for the missing item or "defect". The whole package came in one tape-sealed box packaged by Ammo Can Man, a dealer in the US. However, I reached out to CSC regarding the missing item via message on their website on Aug. 19, and again by email on Aug. 20, NO RESPONSE. In contrast, I messaged the US dealer and they replied the next day, though telling me to contact the retailer =(.

I would still recommend it if anyone's interested in surplus gears. Will update this post if/when I hear from CSC.
