SVT-40 Full Auto Randomly

I've had my '44 Tula slamfire once or twice. The first time was with civ spec primed ammo so I chaulked it up to that. Stripped when I got home and couldn't see any issues. The second time was the same ammo while the wife was shooting. Again, stripped, checked, no visible issues so I again chaulked it up to civi-primers. I believe my gas setting is 1.6.
 
I am using just Ammo from russian or chinese in crates since I can't get Civi spec ammo for my rifle here anyways they just carry british ammo and some american so i import the Surplus.
