Field strip it and give it a good cleaning,look in the chamber,it was fluted to aid in extraction,you should be able to see all the little grooves in the neck area.
Best is to take a .45 chamber brush and give it a good scrubbing until the chamber is shiny and the fluting is clearly visible.
Also make sure the gas system is spotless and the gas adjusting pin turns freely,start at 1.5 gas setting and see how it works.
And since you are shooting corrosive ammo everything has to be taken apart and the corrosive salts washed out or you will have keep having these problems,this is what made these rifles fail during the war,the uneducated masses did not know how to look after them,the Germans however loved them,but they knew how to look after their weapons.
