Assault rifles weren't made until 1942? How logically can a firearm that pre-existed assault rifles be an "assault style firearm?" ............. Also, other World War 2 semi-autos like the SKS and Garand remain legal? Logic???

How can a 22LR be an assault rifle? Or a plastic shell over a 22LR be an AK.

Logic is, it's all about disarmament.
