Svt40 scope recommendations?

Go with a 1-4x20mm or if you don't mind using 30mm rings then a 1-4x24mm. They're light and look very slick on just about any rifle. All of my tactical rifles get a 1-4x20mm scope. Most 1-4 scopes are actually 1.5-5 or 1.2-4.5. My Leupold Tactical Mildot is 1-5 and my friends Leupold Hog Hunter is 1.2-4.5. If I was going to mount a scope on my SVT, it would be to use it for hunting. In that case, Id put on just a standard hunting recital 1-4x20mm on it.
Here's the two I have currently, dark stocked 41 Tula needs a re shellac otherwise it's in nice shape. Lighter coloured 41 Tula is the new one I picked up from Corwin Arms, I haven't cleaned all the cosmoline out yet. Wiped the exterior down and ran a few patches through it, no stock repairs and the bore is shiny with crisp rifling.

I just like those little scopes a lot. They work great and they look.... correct to the style of the rifle. All three of those are beauties even the one with the scratched shellac.
