SVT40 Sniper?

A while back there was talk about identifieing an SVT40 Sniper rifle, I picked up my 5th one today a 1941, and I noticed it had the slots along reciever for the scope mount, my others do not have this.

Some SVTs had the rails you have, some did not.

Of the ones with rails, some were snipers, most were not. The sniper ones have specific cross notches as well. Left to right at the rear.
