I just saw this afternoon this particular SW 22A in 22lr. for a reasonal price 360.oo although it is intended for my 12yr son, the grip is just huge for him, ...well the father can always use it ...any of guys tried this pistol? just interested in its reliability and maybe a little on its accuracy, the way I see it , this is not a target pistol anyway, thanks for your feedback.

I have one.
For the record, right now it's completey reliable and very accurate. I'm shooting a bullseye competition with it on sunday.
But out of the box I had some minor issues with mine. First of all the grip screws weren't tight, this was realised instantly when I gripped it for the first time and the grips moved. Simple fix with a screwdriver.
After that I found it was difficult to operate the mag release as there was some plastic flashing in the way. An exacto knife fixed this

Then after about 300 rounds the screws that hold the sight rail backed off. The bolt is free floated between the rail and the frame and this would cause the pistol to hang up. I tightened them but it happened again after 500 rounds or so. I have them loctited in now and all is well.
The plastic buffer gets chewed up after about 1000 rounds of high velocity rounds. They give you a couple of spares but you'll want to get more. Target ammo is a little easier on them.
Other than that it has worked well for me. Some of the lower power target ammo would stovepipe on me but most ammo has shot fine.
I like the trigger better than the stock ruger's I've shot. It's crisp and light. The target sights are quite good as well.
Field stripping is a piece of cake. You really can't #### it up too much. The same can't be said about the Ruger.
Personally I like mine. Other than some QC I paid $365 total with taxes in for mine. It will shoot with the more expensive rugers and brownings without a problem. I'd buy mine again if I had to do it all over.
