SW CORE Plate Needed

I have a nice S&W M&P9 ProCore, Gen 1

I have somehow managed to lose the adaptor plate required to mount a Vortex Venom.

I think it is S &W Plate 3

I am hoping that someone who mounted a Leopold or Trijicon on their Core can spare me the #5 plate they don't need.

Or direct me to a place where such things are available....
