Yes, I can definitely give you some pointers. I'm a member at Abby too. Covid rules at Abby restrict the normal method people help each other, but those rules change periodically. I haven't looked up the latest rules, but I think right now I'd have to give pointers from 3m away.
You also have one of the best resources at Abby for handgun help too - Slavex, (a mod on CGN). He is extremely talented, and has helped countless shooters through his classes.
The reason I'm suggesting coaching, is because there is a lot of work to do to tighten up those groups to better match what the gun can do, and then, after those tighten up somewhat, decide what you want to do with the sights. There is no point in worrying about a slight POI shift when your groups are so large.
A simple plan would be to get some initial guidance, and you will see improved groups right away. Then you practice for a few sessions, and then get another tune-up. Practice a little more, then another session. Repeat until you're too old to hold a gun. That's what I do. We never stop learning. lol!

In the meantime work on your flinch, that alone will help you improve immensely. Lots of dry fire, "ball and dummy" drills and, believe it or not, adequate ear protection. Many moons ago I started doubling up (no electronics for me) and saw immediate improvements in flinch mitigation. Loud noises makes the body do weird things!
I knew a guy who was a first time hand gun shooter and bought a new Glock 34. First time out he started messing with the adjustable rear sight and claimed the gun needed to be sighted in. The problem was his grip and trigger pull, no matter what he did with the sights made no difference to his POI. He now proclaims his disappointment with Glock.

My "budget" handgun has done 65,000 rounds, a PPC course and a couple of Phaseline Green courses (a Vickers course and an Advanced) it has never, ever, sh*t the bed and it will hit what I shoot at from 5 to 50 yards, if I do my part. It's used a couple of recoil springs a couple of striker springs and a few magazine springs. I wish I could find a "budget" car that performed 10% as well.
