Swedish Model 1867 Rolling Block. How to fix or replace a broken extractor?

I'm looking at the Swedish rolling block on P&S Guns and Militaria, it's a very nice looking gun and I'd love to get into reloading black powder with such a gun, however it says the extractor is broken, and while I'm sure you could just drop the cleaning rod down the barrel to knock the case out, I'd rather not do that.

So my question is:
Is the extractor on these rifles easy to fix or find a replacement for?
I have no access to cnc machining, but I can have something welded if needed, and any metal work would be done with a Dremel rotary tool and hand files.
Is this doable for someone who's pretty much a a novice?

First you need to know witch extractor it uses, one style is a simple sliding hook that is actuated by a lug on the breach block, the other that I am aware of is a rotating ring that is also lug activated. I think the rotating ring model is only used in the Scandinavian produced rifles but not positive. If Alex's link fails, yes you could easily build a workable sliding model with the tools you mention, the rotating ring might be a bit more challenging bbut I supose it could be done using a simple flat washer as a starting point.
 
If it's the short rifle on the p&s website, it has the sliding extractor.
The screw on the top left side of the receiver, is the retaining screw for the extractor.

I recommend buying a extractor, unless you have a machinist buddy that knows what he is doing.
