Sweet 22 for 10-22?

Hi guys, I'm ready to buy my first rimfire, and I'm gonna buy a ruger 10-22 target tactical. I've never bought a rifle, or scope before, so I've only been snooping the web for info on it.

My Question is, is the sweet 22 by BSA a good choice for this gun, or are there better options in that price range? Also, what is the best way way to mount the scope to the gun? I see lots with one peice mounts, but what's the best option for rings etc. Weight is not an issue for me, just want reliability is all.

Also, some sugestions of where to buy aswell. Hopefully from the site sponsors, (I like to give my business to them.)

Frontier Firearms has the Sweet 22 on sale for $110 with shipping included. I just mounted one on a 10/22 using Leupold two piece aluminum 'Rifleman' rings. The scope has great features and the optics are very clear. I haven't sighted it in yet, but if the performance matches the looks, it should be a good choice for a 10/22.
