Buy another barrel perhaps...

The location of the damage makes it too short to cut. New barrel is probably the only option. Have a good, close look at the receiver and stock for other damage also.

Looks fine to me. Just find the corrent angle and adjust your shots with it. What could possibly go wrong?

You guys laugh at the picture but we brought my dads remington 1100 to trade in on something. And the guy asked my dad, "have you ever hit anything with it?"
He laughed and said oyea, he has shot alot of ducks in his time.
The gun store clerk took a 3 foot level to the barrel, and you could see light and the curve of the barrel. We never noticed it, but it was high and to the left hahahaha.
From the factory they assumed as nothing my dad ever did would of done the bend. I guess he just somehow got used to where it needed to shoot, he never patterned it, just got used how it worked on ducks.
