Sweet load for Tikka T3 Tactical in .308?

Anyone got a Tikka T3 Tactical in .308 and done reloading? Have you found a sweet load for it, and if so, what's your secret?
 
I have a T3 Lite....the best loads that I have had are all with Varget in 44-44.5 grain range and using 150 and 165 grain bullets..I would seat them as long as the mag would allow...

Ah okay. Just making sure. Don't want to blow myself up... lol...

I recall using the varget before in a .308 load in my winchester and it seemed a tad 'snappy' is the best way to describe it...
 
I don't kniow if there is any real difference between the T3 lites and your rig...but the loads I used were not overly smokin'...kinda middle of teh road...around 2700fps,maybe a tad faster, according to my manulas that I used...no pressure signs or danger signs,atleast in my rifle anyway

here is my target with the bullets and powder charges..these were for hunting though,not long range shooting or anything..I just went with what gave me the best accuracy..I believe it was zeroed for 200 yards maybe slightly more,can't recall exactly..old age creeping in...LOL
