SWFA scopes, can we get them in canada?

is there any way I can get a SWFA 3-15x42 in Canada? I really want one for my next long range gun but finding one is sounding like a real hard problem up here... can I just buy one online and send it to a PO box in the USA, then pick it up and bring it over? or is there a Canadian retailer that carries them? I looked but couldn't find any...

Most optical sights for firearms need US export licensing under US ITAR regulations.
So drop ship to a US mail box and subsequent pickup by a Canadian resident
is a violation of US export laws punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.
Conviction can also result in being barred from visiting or overflying the US too for varying number of years.
