Hi has anyone had any experience with SWFA SS 5-20x50 tactical scope?

Would you buy one or just go with a name brand like Nightforce or Vortex?
I am being offered one new in the box unused. How much should I pay for it?

Hi, it is being sold for $1700. Would the Nightforce be in the 5-20x50 range. Would you rather go with a used Nightforce or Leupold? Thank you for your help! Remember this is the luminated model, the nonluminated model is $1450.

Around $1900 for a new Leupold Mark 4 LR/T or NSX in the same magnification range w/ illuminated reticule. Used, you can take at least a few hundred off that, and can get one for closer to $1500 if you're smart about it.
