Swift Bullets: Canadian Source?

I'm looking for a Canadian source for Swift rifle bullets. I checked out Higgenson, but they don't carry or order Swift.

Any recommendations?

Neo, thanks for the fast reply. I called, and Russell Sports will take phone orders. The Scirocco's in .30 cal are around $67 per 100, which is pretty steep. I might stick with the Hornady A-MAX at half that price, and similar performance!

The Hornady A-Max is a good bullet designed for accuracy, but not nearly the equal of the Scirocco. The Scirocco has a bonded core, and is designed for hunting, and very accurate as well.

Really talking apples and oranges here.

I hear you re: the terminal performance of the Scirocco, but as far as flight characteristics, is there really that big a difference? I used 162 gr 7mm A-MAX to great effect with my 7mm Rem Mag. They provided great accuracy out to 1,000 yds.

Right now, I'm in the process of needing to work up a good .308 Win accuracy load. I'm shooting out of a 24" 1:12 barrel. I suspect 165 gr will be about right for this twist rate. Any other opinions? Favorite powders?
My initial test was with 42.7 gr IMR 4064 and Sierra 175 gr Matchkings. Accuracy was uninspiring at 100 yds.

If you want an accurate, inexpensive bullet, that really performs well in the 308 Win, give the 180 gr Hornady SST a try. You can get it to 2700 fps without a lot of trouble, and it holds up remarkably well at long range.

Works quite nicely on game at those velociities, too.

Try and find some Berger or Lapua scenar. Way better B.C. for just about 30%-50% the price of the swift. When you find them in canada let me know. If I can't find some soon I might go state side.
