Hey all...I was hoping for some opinions on the Swiss Arms 550. I just bought a Black Special, giggity, and I'm looking to get extra mags for it.

Does anyone have any opinions on the mags for sale at Can.Ammo or Wolverine?

I've ordered two black PA66 30/5 rd. from Can.Ammo but I want to order more. I probably will go with a 10 pack (cheaper per unit) but I want to know if there is there a huge difference between the:

- PA66 (nylon)
- dark tan polycarbonate
- Radel 5000 PPSU

other than small price dif???

Also, does anyone know of any good deals on .223 ammo? After hours of exhaustive internet research, the best I can find is $0.40 - $0.48 per unit for 55 grain 223.

Any opinions would be great. Thanks. :sniper:
 
The mags are excellent at Can Ammo - I have bought 10 and will probably buy another 10.

I bought the dark tan polycarbonate. I appreciate Can Ammo stepping up and getting these made. Nice not to pay $90 a mag.
 
Mags work.

Feed it good ammo if you want results. Korean 62-grain K100 is excellent and isn't as ruinously expensive as the Ruag GP90.

I agree, who sells this ammo. Looking around all I ses is PMC, Winchester, American Eagle and the odd bit of Hornady.
 
That's great, thanks so far for your help guys. This stuff is a little more dough than I want to spend but I'm assuming it shoots great so I will probably have to pick up a case anyway.

I still can't find it on their website but I'll try calling tomorrow. Thx again.

If the can am mags work great buy lots. remember the SAN models are only tested to 30,000 rounds. I prefer the SAN's, just me.
