Recently acquired a carbine which has a brand new B&T Quad rail on it which I would like to remove. Can anyone provide a detailed instruction on how to remove?

As soon as I remove it, it will be on the EE and the person who can help me will get $50 off of the asking price (It will be reasonable).

Not 100% sure about the B&T one (I have another brand that Stephan at TSE brought in ages ago) but I have to remove, or at the very least partially remove the gas tube in order to shift the top and bottom pieces forward (or back) and pull the thing apart.

It's not that hard, seperate the upper and lower recievers. Slide the lower half of the rail back about half an inch and it will lift out. If you flip the upper reciver upside down, you can see the locking lugs machined into the lower half of the rail disengage from the grooves in the top half. After the lower half is removed then you remove the gas plug from the gas tube. Press the locking plunger down and rotate the gas tube about a half turn or until you can slide the upper rail back and lift it off. Removing the bolt and gas piston is not mandatory for this step but it makes it a lot easier. Also this is the same procedure for the stock handguards.
