Swiss arms carbine question

As we all know it's the lower receiver of an AR-15 that is actually the firearm and is registered.

In the restricted carbine version of the Swiss Arms, Is it the upper/lower or both that is registered?

Yep, with all the Swiss Arms rifles it's the upper that is the serialized "registered" gun part.

Is it just the upper receiver or the whole upper?
