I have a Swiss arms Carbine with the flat top rail.

I noticed the rail is slightly tilted. With my Mk IV rings and Leupold 1.5-5X SPR I just centered the gun in a rest, then using a level on the scope leveled it to the gun, not the rail.

I am considering an ACOG. With the flat top mount is their room to 'rotate' the scope to account for tilted rails or would an ACOG mount up square to the rail?

Tilt

I assume that TSE will have to send it back to SA which would take months to get back to replace the receiver.

Has anybody had issues with any other flat top PE90 or carbines being off tilt?

It's too bad, I really love the gun. Like I said with regular rings it's not a big deal since I use a bubble level to level the scope to the gun and not the rail.

It did get me thinking, The bushmaster Gas piston rifle is now available...cheaper, lots of customizing available, and straight rails.... lighter than the PE90.

Ah well...should have got the CQB, but as long as I just use my Leupold SPR scope it's not a really big problem. I did send a message to TSE and will keep you guys updated. I may just live with it, if it means parting with the gun for an extended amount of time.
