Yes if the STANAG lower is too pricy to sell alone, NR for the STANAG version is a must.

Looks really nicely done, I like how it retains the SAN manual of arms and look and feel, except the mag release obviously.
It has the OEM feel when compared to the NEA lower.

No, the upper is the firearm. The lower is just a part.

The upper is the serialized portion and considered the firearm. Opposite of what you would expect if you're thinking in terms of AR-15's.
