.. Haven't shot her in ages... Should have it back together shortly. It just got done being defiled by infidel engineers.

I have a question, I'm doing a CQB shoot tomorrow morning and I want to convert my 2 point sling into a single point sling...what do you guys call those nylon ropes that people attach to their knives often? OR wrap their knife handles in?

I saw someone attach the rope to the sling mount and then attach both ends of the 2 point to it for a lefty

Paracord is strong and great for an "emergency sling mount". :D

Tough call. Looks like it may get in the way of the trigger. You also need a better single point sling. I have a few crappy ones like yours. It will do for tomorrow. Try running around your house with the gun attached to the sling jumping off couches and stuff. Let us know. Take pics if possible. LMAO!!!

Is there anyway to attach it where the butt meets the receiver?

Hey this is my 3000 post! Apparently I have sold my soul to the internet.

He is going to Borden for a CQB match today. No time.

x2 - I left my house at 5:30AM and rigged that funny shoelace contraption up last night - surprisingly it worked well for me since I am still a newbie. It was a bit constrictive and not ideal, but I made do with what I had (also only have 4 magazines, needed 5 - thankfully my safety was able to top off 1 of my dropped mags before I needed it every time)

I approve of my contraption :D

I`ve never handled or shot a swiss yet, are they really that good or better than AR15 ?

I recently acquired a Classic Green. When comparing it with a nice all original Colt Hbar, my Swiss is its equal in the accuracy department. Both are good rifles. Craftsmanship on the Swiss is amazing. If I started beating them around and abusing them I think the Swiss would last longer, its just built tougher. I need more time with the Swiss (lots more) to fully evaluate it but so far, big s*it eating grin here:D If they were both non-res....tough call due to the price difference.
