I feel bad for the poor firearm owner that has purchased one of these rifles.......these firearms are worthless now , I wonder how long it will take before the RCMP are knocking at doors to seize these rifles without compensation . The RCMPs private firearms elimination program is starting again......coming to your neighbourhood soon....

I don't understand the RCMP's classification system. It's stupid all these guns they're now saying you just can't have. CZ858 (not letting any new ones into the country) now the Swiss arms? Yet a Tavor, Kris's vector, and AR15s are still fine? They are all military style firearms. I don't see the logic. All guns do the same thing, you pull the trigger and it goes boom.

There is no logic...that is the issue...classification needs to go in general.
And the firearms laws are written in a way that lets the RCMP do whatever they see fit. It's written in crayon.

their logic is : starting with the "scary" ones, CZ858 looks like AK, BAN, Swiss Arm, not many people having it , BAN
then ! THEN! as you said : Tavor, AR15, these are all military-look-like rifles (non full auto), SO , BAN ! Because CZ858 can be banned, why should they allow you to possess AR15 ?!
SEE THIS IS THE LOGIC! Start with the simple ones and then kill your AR15

Just sent an email to my MP and put out a FB request that others email their elected MP's on the issue from a freedom standpoint. Everyone else should do the same. Whether you have one or not, do it!
