Swiss K-31 Sling Question

Hello All,

I have a K-31 Swiss and it came with it's original matching issue sling. I googled the name but couldn't come up with any matches. Is this a sub-contractor's marking, if so, can someone post some info? Is it the name of the man it was issued too? Thanks! Sorry for the poor picture, my camera is acting funny today.
