Swiss K31

I was not into milsurp before I bought a K31...Man what an amazing shooter with iron-sights. Problem is expensive ammo. Also, I am pretty sure the rifle can reach out to 1000 yards with a good scope. Any recommendations for scope set up (mount and scope)?

10X Bushnell 3200 tactical, not too bad past 100 yds.
Warne 7.3 3/8" dovetail rings.
Swiss Products Alum Clamp-on Scope mount.
Rifle shown with Swiss Products Bipod adapter and Harris BR bipod.

Also still like my Zeiss Diatyl C 4x32, still very high resolution and BRIGHT!


GP11 is still cheap for the quality you get.
Reloading highly recommended.
 
I ran 40 rounds threw my new K31 yesterday and the thing is a laser beam. Was ringing the gong at 240 yards with iron sights almost every shot. Very impressed with the rifle, might have to pick up a walnut stocked one now.
 
Buy 'em while you can.

Finding a nice one here in yUK is getting way past difficult - AND VERY pricey, too.

I was offered £450 for mine this morning - that's a beech-stocked 1954-built meh, BTW. That's around CAN$750, BTW - NOT to include the newer diopter sights on it, either.
