Has anyone come across one in there travels, not even Brownells seems to carry them. I'm tired of turning the light on every time I grab the forend.

Switch blocker for Surefire 870 forend

Didn't your unit came with one? Maybe contact surefire directly. It's just a piece of metal stuck on with double sided tape. I can you can just cut a piece of acrylic or something and just tape it on.

I bought it used, it's a 870P Max and didn't come with the disable switch unfortunately.
It's just a real crappy piece of steel. The cuts on both ends are uneven. I would just find a suitable piece of "anything" and just tape it on. If you're in an industrious mood, you can just cut a sheet off some siding with tin snips, paint it black (or whatever color) and stick it on there.
