You like the gun. As most mechanical problems - it can be fixed.
Have it looked over by a competent gunsmith.
Deduct the amount required to repair it from what you paid for it.
Enjoy new gun.
i would contact the previous owner though, and get him to pay for the repair.
This doesn't sound like it "just started".
