SxS for Turkey

The gun goes BANG! It's the hunter who gets the gobbler into range and makes the desision of when BANG happens or waits till tomorrow;). Youve likely already patterned your gun and know where the outside limit is so just stay inside it. Sit still and enjoy.
On the note of sit still! I was made by two birds that were close to 400yrds away from me Sat. morning just by moving my bino's. They stared straight at me for quite awhile before moving on and even then they stoped several times and checked where I was sitting as they moved on. Took awhile before they resumed gobbling/tt

I have taken gobblers at close range with #7 trap in a 12, I would rather use #4 shot minimum.I wasn't hunting tukeys at the time but the opportunity presented itself and I went home with a bird.
If I am hunting turkeys specifically,I like #4 buck
