Where can I get a rubber or plastic butt plate for an M14 USGI fiberglass stock?

Can the Norinco top handguard be used with a USGI stock?

I have seen a rubber recoil pad designed for replacing the M14 butt plate. It was on ebay.com

Yes, something like that. I'd like something other than just bare metal.

The metal's actually preferrable. And yes, the norc handguard works just fine, infact I have probably a half dozen USGI handguards in the basement and still use the norc because they're almost always in better shape. Most guys wouldn't be able to tell them apart anyhow.
