A common complaint about many rimfire synthetic stocks is they are not as stiff as wood stocks ,flimsy and hollow sounding...easily remedied with a can of NON EXPANDING foam from any building supply store ,costs about $5 ( do NOT use expanding foam ,it will distort the stock) take the butt plate off ,hold the rifle muzzle down and put the tube in as far as you can and fill the stock with foam and replace the butt plate. It will stiffen the stock right up and get rid of the hollow sound ,cheap easy fix and it works...
