Just sold my two last month, sorry!
I got them from gun parts warehouse (www.gunpartswarehouse.com) down in the states,
ordering online they said no no no
but on the phone with a credit card number the lady said yes yes yes
If you get a guy on the phone, its one of the shop hands, and they will prob say no just to get off the phone, but call back a bit later til you get a lady on the phone and then she will ship it, they were 60 plus 30 intl shipping if I recall correctly

They're not a true comp. A correct comp is threaded on the barrel.
Being a bushing comp makes it look cool and offers a little more forward weight.
The extra weight alone will help a little with recoil.

Is that a safety? And if so is it after Market it looks like the grip was filed down to accommodate for it

Yeah, the photo is from the Interweb, and all TT-33's imported to the USA have to have a safety retro-fitted. Not pretty!
A way better mod is to get some Gun Parts Warehouse mag-plates...they let ALL your fingers grasp the grip!

I had a pair of these comps on my 213's and they did shoot better, likely not from the comp effect but the extra weight on the barrel.
That said mine had a ####ty heat treat and taking them off was a frick'n nightmare! Spent hours getting them off and never put them back on.
Found another one through the EE and it was fine, came on and off numerous times w/o trouble.
