T ATT, is it necessary?

I had my new restricted waiting in the post office for me to pick up. However, the Ontario CFO is unreachable by phone. So how could I get the TATT (their voicemailbox is full as well) to pick up my gun?

You don't need an ATT of any kind to pick up a parcel. What is inside said parcel is irelivent.

The only time you require an Temp ATT is when your sold your restricted and are taking it to the post office for mailing.

When you go to the post office you pick up a parcel. None of the letter carriers have ATT's or PAL's

Thanks for all the inputs. Anyway, I got the TATT for picking up my previous handguns (5 of them in total, sold them all though).
