T/C Breech plug

Hello all. I am having a bit of a problem with my breech plug. I sighted in my omega and left it for like 8 hours and now i cant get the powder off the breech plug. I am wondering if i could soke it in something like bleech or something. If anyone has any suggestions please let me now..

windex window cleaner. wipes off with no effort.

I've found moosemilk patchlube dissolves fouling the best.
windshield washer , add water soluble cutting oil until it turns opaque, then add a couple of ounces of murphys oil soap.
