T/C Encore custom barrels?

I found out T/C won't ship barrels to customers in Canada and neither will Eabco.
Does anyone know where I can order a custom barrel for an Encore?

I am also looking for a custom chamering for my pro hunter I would like a 35 cal and a grey thumb hole stock in left hand hopefully someone can help both of us

Just recieved a E mail from Mike Bellm He said that parts don't have to go threw a dealer but barrels do He has the begara ( hope i spelt that right ) barrels in all the popular cals and he can supply rebored barrels all are 3 grove rifling in pretty much any cal So who is able to be the middle man He said i need a dealer not sure how this all works ?
