Got in touch with t/c today and they told me to try a few things before I send it back and also Jason spencer at gunco in Ottawa was a huge help, problem solved the barrel locking lug that pushes on the sear was sticking and hence not letting the hammer be cocked all is good now can't wait to leave to go hunting on Sunday now!!!!
