Has anybody heard of this? Just saw the ad on Youtube and it has good features like last shot bolt hold open with their proprietary magazines as well as ability to use other Ruger 10/22 mags. It also has a hole in the rear of the receiver for cleaning from the breech. Standard backup aperture sights with a monolithic optics rail. I don't know about the barrel interchangeability, but this is better than Ruger or even the TUF22 for the money if it ends up having decent out of box accuracy and trigger pull. The stock is even a ripoff of the winning Magpul stocks. It's also MADE IN USA.

When I first saw your title, I was thinking. "Omg this knockoff is going to be so bad. Pass...I'll stick with my original genuine Ruger. And if I want something high end I'll pickup the Dlask". But after I watched the videos, I was like "Omg, this is really tastefully done! And at $399 USD, shut up and take my money!"

Can't say much about accuracy. But as to the trigger, you'll need to really try hard to come up with a trigger worst than the stock 10/22. Even Ruger know's it's stock trigger is horrible (cough...cough BX Trigger). As for the stock, it isn't a ripoff, according to their website it's co-branded by Magpul. So I guess Magpul designed it and Thompson Center made it?

This is something Ruger should have made 10 years ago. Finger's crossed, but perhaps now that Ruger's rotary magazine patent has expired, hopefully more OEM's would start making rifles based on the 10/22 platform? (Similar to what happened with the AR-15)

The TC R55's had a two screw action which made bedding solid and floating the barrel easy. They also know how to make an accurate barrel, the R55's are tack drivers. I've got a stainless version and it puts down nice little clusters every time I shoot it.

I'm a "bolt action" fan, with only 1 semi...and often it feels like 1 too many. However, considering who is making this...I'm intrigued. I'll hit YouTube tonight. I've owned one, and only one 10/22 (bought new) and it was rubbish. About the only positive was that it ran like a top/ate everything. The down side...It couldn't really hit anything either. Scoped, off a rest @ 50 yards...even a pop can had a 50/50 chance.

It looks interesting thats for sure. I'm too much of a 10/22 Fan boy though. I will handle one once they starting hitting the shelves here.

I like the last shot bolt hold open, but I am learning to count my shots fired.:)

Pretty sure you can fix that very easily in a couple minutes with a dremel.

I have had a 10-22 before but I like the value in this, I bet its far more accurate then mine Ruger was.

**Edit** Sorry, I was thinking about the bolt release, not hold open after last round fired.

Is there a way to modify current 10/22 magazines for last round hold open? I'll love to do that with mine.
