T-Shirts have arrived...

Haha, nice speech Mark! I figure most antis will never change but if all those sitting on the fence see stuff like this they'll realize firearms are nothing but awesome and they'll join our side. Worked on me.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here. Does anyone think that this is the type of stuff that the fear mongering anti-gun types latch on to in order to further their cause of restricting and prohibiting the kind of things that we like to use for sport and entertainment?

Don't get me wrong, I am well aware of the fact that a large number of people out there do use their weapons on the job to protect and serve. Somehow I don't think it is those people that will be buying these shirts.

They look cool, but this is what jumped out at me. Thoughts?

I get what your saying for sure. But screw em! No different then wearing a tapout shirt means your a fighter.

Get your LAR-15 mags in, and ill buy a T-Shirt, i been waiting over a month now lol, guess they are being held up in the US eh?

What type of stuff exactly? Humorous T-Shirts? Military T-Shirts? Sarcastic T-Shirts? T-Shirts showing guns?

The "anti-gun types" as you call them will use and twist anything and everything to serve their purposes. When there is nothing to twist they'll make it up or create it. So what?

Nothing we do or say is ever going to stop the "anti-gun types" from working to take away all guns... that's their goal.

I for one will be damned if I will stop doing what I do because of them. If I want to wear an 'in your face' T-Shirt then that's my right and I'll do it... and I'll make it available to anyone else that wants to do so as well.

If you give them an inch they'll want it all... never give them anything and do NOT show them a willingness to compromise otherwise you'll just energize them to want and take more.

If you don't like the shirts, well that's cool, don't buy them. But don't even suggest that people shouldn't wear them because it might hurt gun-owners in the eyes of the anti-gun people or be used by "anti's" against us. I know you didn't say that but by playing devil's advocate you lay that groundwork.

Amen!!!

I am not good at it, but can anyone tell me if G Rambo is JERK in Latin ?

Guys... leave the personal attacks out of things. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and people don't always agree. Healthly discussion is what the forums are supposed to be about.

G Rambo didn't attack anyone... there's no need to be attacking him... and this THEAD is NOT intended for personal attacks. This THREAD was started by me to tell people that the T-Shirts are in. Let's keep it about the shirts.

I'm guilty of getting pissed at the idea that I am somehow responsible for the things that anti's might do or say because of the guns and accessories that I offer for sale. Well I don't believe that's the case and even if it was I don't care. I'll be damned if I'm going to worry about what the anti's will say everytime we consider importing and selling a new product. If we had thought that way 4 or 5 years ago then Questar would never have fought to get ten round LAR-15 AR Pistol magazines built, approved and imported to Canada.

I remember back then a lot of people telling us that our attempts to get the LAR-15 magazines approved would result in stricter magazine laws and restrictions for everyone. We had threats from a variety of sources. Many gun clubs refused to allow their members to use 10 round LAR-15 magazines for fear of what the anti's would do.

That's no way to live life... living in fear isn't living.

Let's get back on topic here and not let this thread deteriorate to personal attacks... otherwise I'll lock it myself.

Wow is right. Last year I didn't even know a Canadian could own a hand gun (legally)then I saw an ad in the paper for smith & wesson day at target sports and became interested. I went online and saw canadians having a blast with ARs, pistols and shotguns. That was in September and I'm now licensed with a "tactical" shotgun on the way with a pistol next in line. Since getting into it two of my friends and my brother have started the process of getting licensed. So ya, wow is right. I'm surprised a gun owner would be so afraid of expressing there interests, if you keep it a secrete if seems like your doing something wrong to the people who know nothing of the sport.

Preach! Brother!

I try to promote the SPORT as much as I can. It's great that you've taken it up. I hope it lasts for all of us and future generations. It's one thing to express an interest and promote a sport. It's a whole other thing to promote an aspect of gun ownership that has seen rights move in reverse.

Don't misunderstand me. I truly see the value in owning firearms for sport, hunting, and personal protection. IN MY OPINION, it just doesn't do gun owners any good to promote killing with the same firearms that we are trying to hold on to.

I get it, people disagree. That's what forum discussions are all about; people sharing thoughts, and ideas and debating their positions.

Mark: You've got a great site, and some really cool stuff (Not that a whole bunch of it is in my budget), I just happen to disagree with one aspect of it. Me not buying a shirt sure as hell isn't going to make a big difference, and I know that (Obviously, others will buy!). Good luck with the business.

I just placed an order for some shirts. I love them and respect those who picked up a gun and fought for our freedoms. People need to see guns are part of Canada's heritage and that responsible gun owners aren't the problem. I hope questar keeps bringing in more artistic tshirts and hopefully fleeced lined hoodies hint hint

Screw what the antis think. I understand what Rambo is saying. Some people might see these as aggressive or what have you. The fact is, it doesn't matter how much of a positive spin you put to it, they are always going to be antis.

On that note, some messages can bee seen as comedic political bashing. I like it.
