T3 action bolt toque?

An acquaintance took his t3 out of the stock for cleaning and was wondering what the ft/ lbs should be for front and rear bolts?Which should be tightened first?The gun was a tack driver prior but is patterning like a shotgun now.Thanx Harold

Is the recoil lug in the proper location? As to torque, about 45 inlbs, which is about 3.75 ftlbs.

ditto... the recoil lug needs to be snug down inside the slot in the receiver (there is no play), otherwise, he WILL damage the lug and will experience crap accuracy.
This is the #1 reason why the aluminum bolt lug gets all knackered up.

I start @ 38inch and re-torque as required depending on how the gun is shooting.

Do the front bolt first.
