I picked up a couple endmills today. Friday's only 8 hours, so I'll try to get this done tomorrow with an all nighter, maybe sleep a couple hours, then it's back to the day job on Saturday. If the machine co-operates tomorrow I may be able to ship before Xmas. Wish me luck and put a hex on all CNC gremlins for me.

I've been putting in a couple hours a night to get this done. Slept in today and had to stay late at work. I really wanted to make it by Xmas, but now it's starting to affect my dayjob. Can't have that. It's going to have to wait until January before I pick it up again.

Alright guys, it's go time. They're close enough to ready that I will begin accepting payment. I will be able to ship the first ones by Saturday, January 15 (delayed, anodizing) January 22 (delayed again, anodizing) I'll ship them as soon as the company doing the anodizing is done with them. If you have any recommendations for getting anodizing done on schedule in Calgary, send me a PM. They are available in black or silver. There are two different models. One fits only the older M595/695 rifle. The other is for the T3.

If you want multiple bolt shrouds, but for different rifle types and/or in different colours, simply repeat the first 3 lines before indicating how you would like to pay. I will respond to confirm your order, give you your total, and then we can exchange delivery/payment details.
Shrouds are $40 each. Delivery is by Canada Post, and is a flat $10 regardless of your where you are in Canada or the number ordered. If you would like to meetup in Calgary and pay cash I will try to accomodate that. If you are only ordering one (1) shroud, and would like to try to save $10 delivery, I will send it by oversize lettermail for free, but ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Let me be clear: if you want to save the shipping your bolt shroud will be put in an unpadded envelope and dropped in the mailbox with adequate postage affixed at no charge to you. If it doesn't show up in 100% condition you can direct your comments to the guy in the mirror.
There's one other thing. I did this as a hobby project, and it sort of ballooned on me. It's pretty sweet when a hobby can pay for itself, and it's the kind of thing that I'd love to be able to do more of in the future. I am concerned that without the right people in government, one day I may not be able to. That's why I'm donating every penny of the proceeds to the TMH fund, right up until I hit my maximum contribution ($1100). I'm not rich. I'm not even political. I'm just a typical working guy. I believe we have a chance to make a difference. If you don't know about TMH yet, here's the thread. Think about helping out.

Weird. I just got thirsty and I don't know why.
I sent an email for 2 since nobody has said anything. Maybe I can bring the bolt over when I pick them up.
